1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at christy.case@vandalandvogue.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at christy.case@vandalandvogue.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at christy.case@vandalandvogue.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
